A typical visit might last 10–15 minutes. This is an all-access, one-on-one experience with Dr. Hoar and the staff at Alcoa Chiropractic & Wellness Center where they will evaluate, treat, and coach you through a full recovery plan. This include blood labs, allergy testing, IV therapy, massage, laser therapy and more. You'll receive deeper diagnostics, advanced therapies, and a personalized home program to ensure lasting results.

This VIP experience is a premium, concierge-level service and is not billed through insurance. However, you can request an EOB from us (Explanation of Benefits) and submit this to your insurance to get reimbursed directly from them. Some of the therapies are reimbursable, some are not.

Yes! You're welcome to bring a travel companion. We can also provide recommendations for local dining, hiking, and relaxing in the beautiful Maryville/Alcoa area.
